Eyes fixated

Staring at her soul

Weaving tender waves

Washing back and forth

His troubled eyes

Find comfort

In the depths of her tired eyes

As he tries in honest

To hone her back home

But she’s a hungry girl

And she want her passions

Her restless feet refuse to root

And when she sleeps, she wanders

Because for her

Home is everywhere and nowhere

And she yearns for it all

But his wishful heart

Likes to keep her home

With his drapes pulled

And lights dim

He likes to close the door

Because for him

She is his passion

And she is his world

Cause he’d be everywhere and nowhere

But home is never home

Unless he’s with her
